Divide Ride 2010 Sponsorship Information

The Montana 4x4 Association is hosting the 12th annual Divide Ride, in Boulder, MT. July 12th thru the 18th. This is Montana's only state organized and sanctioned 4x4 event.

There will be over a dozen trails, each lead by certified guides (all trail guides have participated in the United 4 wheel tread lightly course). Divide Ride 10 is limited to 150 vehicles with an average of 300 people attending from all over the US and at times other countries. This event is one of the few events that is not limited to a specific brand of vehicle but open to all makes and models of full size four wheel drive vehicles. What a great opportunity to advertise to actual users! Join the local Montana 4x4 groups as well as those visiting the Divide Ride. We would like to offer your company the opportunity to promote and expose your products to a specific target group. As such, we have included many options that will allow your company to reach its specific market at many different budget levels. There are many exciting ways for your company to tailor a specific advertising campaign to those who use your products daily, rather than the typical shotgun approach.

We realize that in the current economy, that advertising budgets are tight and feel this opportunity is one that will help you spend wisely.

Platinum:

• Naming rights to Divide Ride 2010 base camp, with logo etc. on signage at the main entrance, visible to local traffic as well as highway traffic and all Divide Ride participants.
• Name and Logo on all mailings (registration confirmation & guest information packets. [700+ in the 1st mailing alone]
• Name and Logo in all advertising in 4x4 associated magazines (Peterson 4x4, Blue Ribbon etc. in their calendar of events)
• Name and Logo (along with MT 4X4 Assn) on all event T-Shirts
• Your company promotional material in arrival pkgs.
• Header on Divide Ride web site.

Gold:

• Sponsor the Saturday evening catered Dinner & Awards
• Infomercial on your company and product before the meal, coupons, literature or promotional gifts to be handed out to each guest.
• Your Company logo, or link will be on our web site as well as other Divide ride literature.
• Front entrance signage, flag or banner on field or at staging area.

Silver: sponsor one of the following

• 1)Pot Luck (Thursday evening)
• 2)Ice Cream Social (Friday evening)
• 3)Pancake Breakfast (Sunday AM)
• Entrance signage, flag or banner on field or at staging area.
• Link or logo on web site and any and all Divide Ride literature.

Bronze:

• Trail Sponsors; you provide (8) company t-shirts, (one for trail leader and one for tail gunner each of the 4 days)
• Entrance signage, flag for staging area.
• Trail leader and or tailgunner will talk up your company and products with your provided script.
• Your literature and or giveaway will be handed out during noon lunch on the trail. (Must provide one door prize each day to be given out as well)

Note: Sponsor responsible to provide artwork for flag or banner as required. Any creative ideas can be discussed.
